He's also deeply invested in the practice of traditional martial arts, frequently embarking on journeys to their places of origin for intensive training sessions.

Outside of his adventurous pursuits, Derick enjoys immersing himself in the cultural experiences offered by live music events, concerts, and festivals. An ardent sports enthusiast, he finds great enjoyment in attending live hockey, baseball, football, and basketball games.

His dedication to community service is unwavering, exemplified by his decade-long tenure with the City of Long Beach Public Works. Now, having relocated to Washington, he's eager to continue his commitment to serving the community and contributing to its betterment. As a devoted family man and diligent professional, Derick brings a wealth of experience and a strong work ethic to every endeavor.
Dorian Chennault, a lifelong Tacoma resident, is passionate about contributing to his community both on and off the clock. Growing up on the south side of Tacoma, Dorian developed a love for sports, from basketball and skiing to snowboarding. His active lifestyle extends to his love of fitness, regularly lifting weights and running. Dorian is also an avid drummer and deeply involved in the skateboarding scene, giving back to the next generation by supporting young skaters with boards, shoes, and equipment at his local skatepark.

Professionally, Dorian brings a blend of technical skills and customer service experience to the Sir Grout team. With a background in IT, cybersecurity, and hands-on experience in various industries, Dorian's attention to detail and strong work ethic shine through in everything he does.

With roots in the Pacific Northwest, Joseph Moore-Ringel is a hands-on enthusiast with a passion for all things mechanical. Whether it's cars, motorcycles, or computers, he thrives in environments where he can work with his hands, bringing problem-solving skills to every project. A dedicated driver and assistant, Joseph has experience navigating the complexities of route management and service coordination, demonstrating his commitment to quality and efficiency. His recent work, where he meticulously handled inventory, route planning, and on-site property maintenance, allowed him to hone his organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Joseph's background also includes roles operating heavy machinery, managing logistics, and excelling in fast-paced settings where time management and communication are paramount. With a background in fine arts and a professional journey that spans design, teaching, healthcare, and even pastry-making, Jacqueline thrives on creative problem-solving and genuine human connection.

Her proudest achievement? Serving as a Letterer for Image, a lifelong dream for this comic book enthusiast.

When she's not excelling in her role, Jacqueline enjoys martial arts, reading, and occasionally reminiscing about her days doing aerial silks. She's also a dedicated volunteer, serving her community as a poll worker, participating in Seniors Fight Back events, and mentoring at Sampaguita, a rock band camp for Filipina/x girls.

Fun Fact: Jacqueline once had dental fillings done without numbing agents to avoid missing out on dinner with her sister—because, as she says, "Cake is life."

Inspiration: If Jacqueline could share a meal with any historical figure, it would be Maria Ylagan Orosa, the Filipina inventor and WWII resistance hero who used her culinary skills to serve her community.
