We had a fantastic experience with Sir Grout! The estimator, Derrick, showed up on time (even sent a text letting me know how far out he was to arriving). He was very helpful and set realistic goals as to what they could achieve given the sorry state of our shower tiles. Truth is, they exceeded our expectations!

Dorian and Ray showed up to do the work, and they were such a great team. Both young men were courteous, conscientious, and hard-working. Our project included 2 bathrooms and our kitchen backsplash. They always updated us on their progress and asked for input before proceeding with anything, which I greatly appreciated. I wish I had taken a before picture, but the after looks so great.

The work they did was well worth the cost. Splendid job Dorian and Ray, we appreciate your service!

I just had the slate floors in almost my entire house cleaned and refinished, and a tile shower re-grouted. There were 3 guys working in my house for 2 days. The floors and bathroom including the new grout on the shower look great. The workers were on time, very concerned that I was happy with their work, were professional, and I appreciated them and their skills.

We had some repair work done on 3-12-25 by Joseph. We had some caulking done last July that wasn't done really well. Joseph arrived on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He said the kitchen caulking should have been grouted instead of the caulking. He proceeded to repair the area and used grout instead and fixed the problem at no cost. He cleaned everything up and did a great repair job. Thanks, Joseph.

I am extremely impressed with how this turned our 25 year-old tiles yuck. Sir Grout team Joseph and Zack did awesome job with our shower and bathroom floors, they took the time to help me choose right grout colors and now everything looks brand new! Thanks Sir Grout, love the new bathrooms.
